• Returns: Not happy? Return unused/unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds: Get 100% refund after we receive & inspect the product (processing time: 3-5 days).
• COD Refunds: Cash refunds processed via bank transfer (no cash returns).
• Prepaid Orders: Faster refunds to original payment method.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
